I'm going to answer these like you are trying to succeed on a more professional level. That means established fields, playing against all ages (including adults.)
1) Extremely unlikely. By your grammar (and the quality of your answers) I can tell you're young, 16 at the oldest, and that's stretching it (I'm 16) sponsorship yields discounts, not salaries.
2) A great gun to work off of is a G&G Gr16. It's essentially an M4 carbine. An M16-style weapon is also available. A good AK-style weapon would be anything by VFC, although the echo-1 red star AKM is decent if you're on a budget, though it needs some serious downgrading to be field-legal. If you MUST have the best, go with a systema PTW.
3) KSC and KWA (essentially the same company) make great quality pistols at reasonable prices. KSC glocks are fantastic, and KWA 1911s are great too.
4) Co2 is Carbon Dioxide, the main gas you expel when you exhale. The Co2 used to power some airsoft guns is kept extremely cold and under very high pressure. Co2 can be extremely inconsistent- the first shot might be extremely hot (above 500 fps) while the last might be downright pathetic (below 100.) this unreliability and potential danger means that many CO2 guns aren't legal at fields.
5) Magnum? I'm going to assume you mean a .44 magnum revolver, and in that case, your best bet is a tanaka.
Desert eagles are pretty much fail in airsoft. But if you insist, the TM hardkick is the only way to go.
If I had to use an airsoft AK 47, I'd take a VFC.
6) You don't want CHEAP guns. You want reliable guns!
Airsoftgi
Airsoftextreme
redwolfairsoft
airsoftatlanta
ehobbyasia
7) Lots of trigger time and scrimmages!
You don't MAKE weapons. Homemade airsoft guns are banned at fields.
9) The tanaka M700 or l96, or the real sword SVD. All 3 are great. Alternatively, you could upgrade the hell out of a Maruzen L96 or a TM VSR10.
10) WHAT?
11) As many as show up. There aren't airsoft tournaments.
12) Everything you think you'll need + everything you'll need if something goes wrong.
13) Army surplus stores are good for woodland, condor outdoor, pantac, and real vests all do well with multicam, marpat, and despat.
14) TOTALLY counterproductive. Don't do it. If you must for some bizarre reason, krylon works.
15) The ear, but airsoft is one hit, you're dead.
16) I use the Dye I4 myself, but Vforce Grillz and empire e-vents are great too.
