well i have a scuba diving mask but evrey time i go out to dive it fogs up!? i have tried everything to make it stop foging. i have tried toothpaste,coke,spite, and even some anti foging gel and it still doesent help. please help me!! it ruins the dive that i have to clean it every minute.
Well, you used the toothpaste ( not gel) and that should have removed the coating they put on at the factory ( this is good). Using a proper defog should work for you. There;'s no reason it shouldn't unless you're rinsing it all out and rubbing with your thumb, which you shouldn't do.
Add a drop to each lens (two drops if this is a single lens mask), rub it around, dunk in fresh water, swish and dump out. You should be good to go for the entire dive. It's pretty fool proof.
