Can I convert my GAS vehicle to CNG, YES!?

I come from the racing industry with 20+ years of design, manufacturing and marketing of N2O Systems (NOS and NX). I recently got involved in the design and developing of a dual-fuel system using off-the-shelf parts, that when added to your gas burning vehicle, import or domestic, car, SUV and Truck, it allows the driver to switch from gas to CNG with a flip of a switch for around $1,500. to $2,000 per bolt-on system.
I'm currently looking for an investment partner to help me execute my business plan that would allow me to get my product CARB approved so we can then make and market these products for everyone at affordable prices. Not to be negative when it comes to our environment but, that sure seems like a hefty price to pay considering that only one car, occasionally running on CNG wouldn't do much... The idea seems to be a good one, just not cost effective - but then, most things are expensive until they can be mass produced.
Granted, the world needs to find an effective alternative fuel source as well as a practical way to utilize it but, conversions are costly to say the least.
