any ideas how i can launch other shapes e.g cube, like a ball but with a spin? Like i know a tennis ball machine can launch balls and spin it but i want something that spins other geomagnetic shapes
(e.g cylinder)
When i mean launch i mean something that simulates throwing a curve ball without human's errors, e.g sling shot/ catapult

just an idea but maybe you could wrap a string around and object just once so it doesnt stop the object from flying and secure one end of the string the cup or whatever holds the object in the slingshot. This should put a spin on the object and cause it to curve. never heard of anything that has put spin on something other than a ball before though and wrapping a string around it may prevent it from flying. I know there are barrels used on paintball guns that are slightly curved to put a topspin on the paintball to make it float farther. maybe something like that? good luck
