how many games was delonte west suspended for back when he was charged for having 6 weapon charges?
i saw it on nba.com and wanted to know. Here is the exerpt
"As in the Arenas case, the league is reserving judgment on Cleveland's Delonte West, who faces six weapons charges and two vehicular charges -- all misdemeanors -- stemming from his arrest last September after he was stopped by Maryland police while riding a motorcycle on a highway outside of Washington with two loaded handguns, a loaded shotgun and an 8 1/2-inch Bowie knife in his possession. West has been in and out of the Cavaliers' lineup all season."
now that seems pretty horible like if he were going to kill somebody... and i cant find anywere that he was suspended. WTF?.. If he wasent was it because hes one of lebrons teamates?
thats a good point. I personally think it would be unfair to suspend Gilbert for more than 15 games. Look at Stephen Jackson he pulled out a gun and fired at a nightclub and was given just 7 games. The only reason why Gilbert is getting this much attention is because it was a locker room and the fans being mostly white are saying this is similar to thuggish behavior and that he should be set as an example. However what is good for the goose is good for the gander.
