what does UNRULY AT HOME mean? read explanation please?
my neighbor beat my dog and then hit me in the head. i got a notice today that i am to appear in court next monday for unruly at home charges. i have no idea why they are charging me with unruly at home because i am not in any way related to the neighbor. i do not live with them at all. i have never bothered the man charging me with this. until he tried to kill my dog and assaulted me, i didn't care. now he has put up no hunting signs on my property, along with what he calls a fence. sticks pounded into the ground with rope tied to it. he has also put out a catch cage to catch my barn cats. he has taken 2 and 1 came home. i have ignored him, even when he was out on his porch cleaning his gun at 7am, when i went to the bus stop, and when threatened me with his truck. i need someone to give me some advice. my family is not happy. i am the baby of the family. none of my brothers are happy, i have 8 foster brothers and three foster sisters

** EDIT ** After reading Ohio law on unruly children, I have to say that I don't think we're getting the whole story here. Unruly at home is pretty much the same as being a juvenile delinquent in other states. Did you throw anything at the neighbor? Did you damage his property?
The judge will talk to you and decide what to do with you, but I'd make it a point to be polite, stand up straight, and address the judge as 'Sir' or 'Your Honor'.
