i'm in Southern Cali and am trying to find somewhere where i can make a custom bracelet of 3different awarness colors in th bracelet (preferably those silicone/rubber ones- so i can put text in it)
A lot of crafty people make that type of jewelry as a hobby. Make a post on a local board asking for someone who does that. You may very well be able to find someone that will customize your design for far cheaper than any retail store.
Try craigslist.com, or anything of that type nature in your area. There are usually crafting groups on yahoo, you may be able to find someone there. I would suggest staying close to home though, to avoid scams. Go meet with the person to talk about your design ideas. View the jewelry in real life before you purchase.
