I have been reloading for a little over a year now with 45 acp only and I have had no problems. Now I just started reloading 38 specials and the problem is the powder charge. I have the lyman reloading book and according to it I should start with 2.8 grains of clays. I thought that was a little lite but I did what the book said. Well what I got was a bullet stuck in the barrel. So after I got that out I shot another one and once again I got a bullet stuck in the barrel. I checked my Lee Progressive 1000 to make sure that it was giving out the right about of powder and then weighted it on my digital scale and it was right on the money at 2.8. So I don't know if I need to put more powder in the charge or put a better crimps on it? Any ideas please let me know?

PLEASE buy another loading manual.... preferably one by the manufacturer of your bullets and refer to that.
