I have a Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm handgun that I have a molded hip holster for. I would like to carry it concealed but the hip holster is a bit too bulky and hangs a bit low for me to do that. I'm looking for a shoulder holster (leather or black nylon-ish material) that angles the gun downward at around 45 degrees. I find drawing from the vertical holsters to be awkward and the horizontal holsters are almost unnerving for people walking behind you. Im calling on the all knowing internet community to try and find me the thing im looking for. Thanks in advance!

I agree with the OP. I get super pissed-off whenever someone is wearing a horizontal shoulder rig. There are three reasons for my opinion: (1) I've already been accidentially shot. (2) I've narrowly escaped being shot, again, on several different occasions; and, (3) during my years on the firing line and in gun games I've seen a lot of different people make a lot of stupid mistakes with guns.
I don't like horizontal carry shoulder rigs. If you don't mind being swept by someone else's muzzle all the time that's your business. I, however, do mind.
I'm going to suggest to the OP that what he wants to do and how it's actually going to work for him are, probably, going to be two different things. Shoulder holsters are a nuisance; they get in the way, don't conceal all that well, and are uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time.
If that hip holster is getting in your way, I'll suggest moving it to 4:30 behind the point of your hip. As long as the gun butt is tucked in tight to your side you should be fine. If it really is bulky or actually does hang too low then, quite simply, it's the wrong belt holster.
You need something that's made for IWB/ITB carry. Take a look at Kramer's widely used #3 IWB. I've never heard anybody complain about one!
