I was looking at Leupold Dual Dovetail Scope Rings, but do I want LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH?
This will be used for deer hunting.
With a 40mm scope and the remington sps you need the Leupold medium height rings. Make sure they are the 1" rings. I just got two of my friends into hunting, they both bought the SPS and both bought 40mm scopes.
Yes, Leupold makes some of the best rings out there. The dual dove system is extremely strong. Everybody I hunt with has leupold bases and rings regardless of their brand of rifle/scope.
