New Paintball Gun for Me, Help Please?
Alright everyone, I am looking for a a new entry to mid-level paintball gun. I am hoping for a gun that has a built an electronic grip (for different firing modes) that can run on C02 just fine. Also, I am willing to spend 100-150 dollars on the marker itself, because my friend is willing to sell me his eggy hopper. I am considering the Tippmann Alpha Black Tactical, or possibly a Spyder Pilot or Victor or Electra. my other friend is also willing to sell me a Dye Proto SLG for something around 150$. I don;t know if i should accept that though, because i don't want to spend a lot of money buying upgrades ( I read your most likely gonna need a new barrel, trigger and feedneck, plus I don't wanna spend that much on an HPA tank). So, if anyone can think of a good, durable, accurate gun, I would greatly appreciate you leaving the marker name on this question. Thanks.
Smart Parts Vibe has different firing modes, is designed for co2 use, is $150, and would be better choices than the Alpha Black or spyders.
If you take the SLG, you necessarily won't need all of those upgrades. Triggers are preference & the stock barrel isn't that bad. The feedneck does suck, though. I assume it's the older SLG, not the 09? If it's all stock, your friend should drop the price closer to $100, which would leave you enough for at least the hpa tank.
