I wear medium and large shirts, I can wear both sizes comfortably but medium is a little better fit for me. I'm either going to get a eclipse distortion 09 or an Empire contact 09. I've never owned or tried or even touched a jersey before. I've read some threads saying that you should get a jersey 1 to 2 sizes up from your T-Shirt size. But a small eclipse jersey has a 34 inch arm length, which is a bit big, and 42 inch chest width, Which is pretty damn big for me. I don't want a super loose fit that hangs down past my knees. But not a skin tight size either. Almost like a hockey jersey on without pads underneath.
Jerseys do run a bit large, but it has its benefits. A little loose material might be the difference between a ball breaking or just skipping off...
