Were gun owners affected by the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban given monetary compensation?
For instance, if I owned an AR-15 (one of the many affected guns) that was manufactured on September 14, 1994, and an ATF or FBI agent came to my house and confiscated it, would I receive monetary compensation for the gun they took?
