how is this for exercise?
my sister is throwing away an old mattress so she rolled it up and wrapped duct tape and plastic around it, and it looks like a home-made punching bag. I hit it a few times and kicked it and i could feel my muscles tightning in my arms, so is this a good way to get some cardio, and will punching it make my arms smaller, i have big arms, mostly fat and i want them smaller, and is punching a form of cardio
To me it sounds no different than a punching bag. Anything that makes your heart rate accelerate and keep it that way for a time period could be considered "cardio" exercise and will help you burn fat.
This will also tone you up...keep it up, you'll soon see great results!
