Can anyone tell me how to get my hands on a copy of McDonald's Operation & Training Manual AKA The McD Bible?
I know alot of people will think this is a stupid question, but it's understandable because the question is not really clear. At McDonald's there are two sets of Major Manuals excluding Policy, Procedures, Technical and other Manuals.
I know alot of people are going to tell me to either get a job there or ask for one there, but heres the thing; a McDonald employee gets the Crew Guide or Employee Manual, which ever way they decide to refer it as, I am looking to obtain a copy of the Operation & Training Manual which only Managers are given access to. They don't hand it to staff nor do they hand it to ordinary clients. The OT Manual is also know as the Bible by Managers because it's 750 Pages long and weighs a few pounds like a Bible.
