I will address the issue of the Constitution of the United States of America. The Second Amendment to the Constitution allows "We the people" "to keep and bare arms." I assume that your intentions are to disregard the provisions of the Second Amendment which is by the way one of the first Ten Amendments to the Constitution. These first Ten Amendments are known as The Bill of Rights. The first Ten Amendments or Bill of Rights were set down and placed in very high regard to instill the importance of the Bill of Rights that these rights are to protect "The People" from various government intrusions.
You have the right to speak out and demand respect while doing so.
You cannot be arrested without due process.
Your home or person cannot be searched without warrant!
The list goes on! What if a tyrannical party, group, organization, king, dictator, or just some madman takes control of our government with or without your vote or your approval? Do you stand in the street and condemn this ruler? What if the ruler decided to stop you by imprisoning, or even killing you? How could you stop a large force that would be backing this tyrannical ruler, obviously this tyrannical ruler would need his bully boys to get into power and to keep power. With the protection of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights Second Amendment you would be able to organize a counter group and to try to sweep this tyrannical ruler out of power. Without the Second Amendment you and any group of people that you may be able to organize would only be able to make speeches and write down your disagreement with this ruler. You would have no way to stop him or even to protect your home, family, or your way of life. The Second Amendment is the ultimate and final check and balance that keeps our government ours and in power irregardless of any possible attempt by any force be it either foreign or domestic.
This is my honest belief and the Second Amendment as such supersedes any and all personal support of those that would give up these rights in order to have a perfect society. Our system is not perfect, but it works and works well! I believe I will stick with a tried and true system that works and works well in lieu of an experiment into a realm which we may not survive.
