It has a 50mw green and 100mw red laser built in, which is obviously split up into many laser dots.
If a beam gets shined in someones eye, I'm afraid it might be damaging. Would it?
If so, can I buy one of these to simply split the beams so the brightness will be safer?:

Typically, if you get hit in the eye with a green laser you will be safe. *Most* laser pointers aren't powerful enough to blind you before your blink reflex kicks in. You would have to stare into them for a few minutes before any real damage would occur and you'd probably start to get a headache long before then.
The real problem is that the green beams are actually created by an infrared laser first. These lasers can blind you instantly if it hits in the eye. Now, usually there will be a filter in place to keep this from happening but when dealing with a random factory in China who knows what you'll get or how good of quality the filter will be.
