Am I too cautious while hunting?
I'm In Pennsylvania I'm 15 almost 16 I live in a very rural area every time I go hunting ( small game turkey deer bear) I carry a .357 I don't want my neighbors thinking Im "messed up" I carry it because we have a black bear around and if I see a cyote or fox ect because they mess with the animals. Also I was wondering if it looked more "messed up" because I sometimes use a horizontal shoulder holster
don't worry about it. Rural Penn, shooting is the norm, no one is going to think you are crazy for carrying a decent sidearm.
Just make sure you don't need a furbearer's license before popping a fox.
