Huge Survival Knife
Help, I'm terrified of aliens!?

I'm going on a survival quest, 7 days in the wilderness, with a tent, knife, canteen, flint and cloths.
We get an AM preset radio for emergency and a GPS tracker.
This wouldn't seem that hard but, since i'm 16 now, i'll be by myself for the entire week.
I've been doing things like this since i was 12 but, I've recently developed a HUGE fear of aliens.
Sometimes I have to put trash bags over my windows and cover my head in bed at night. It's seriously worrying me that i mite get abducted or something, and it doesn't help that I've watched dozens of hour of UFO showsfootage to try to figure out if they're real or not..
Any advice?

I live in a gun family, we're all pretty much armed to the teeth, even my sister

It seems with each galaxy, there will be some type of being. But, even if they did manage to survive in space for many years. It could possibly take millions of centuries for them to reach earth. And by then, these aliens probably do not have a very good functioning UFO to snatch you up with.

I know this seems kind of funny, but logic is usually better to overcome fear then trying to solve it phsycologically. Hear me out on this one, I used to have a massive fear for zombies, I had my parents bar my window and an extra lock on my door. I was finally able to convince myself that it would be nigh impossible for some decayed flesh and bone to dig through six feet of compressed dirt plus the surrounding casket. I had the bars removed but kept the lock to keep out my annoying siblings. ;)

The day the alien is able to snatch you up is the day zombies eat my brains. Deal? :)
