because ive seen a guy on youtube he was playing with mercury without latex gloves and without a mask and goggles

You need to do some reading on the safety of mercury
no one ever died touching mercury .. in fact Thai boxers drink the stuff and it passes straight through their bodies !!
the danger to mercury is the vapor ..it can pass into your blood through your nose and lungs and be absorbed into your blood and hurt you .
masks , goggles or gloves are no help to you. You must work with mercury in a fume hood to reduce the risk of the vapor ..
