Right now I have a 1911 45 and a HK USP 40. I would like a holster that works best in the small of my back or even on my side in the waistband. Also one that has the extra mag pouch connected.
I live in Georgia and carry a full sized Glock 21 year round. I use a Milt Sparks Watch Six inside the waistband holster. It's the most comfortable, and most secure holster I've ever used, and I've been carrying for 28 years.
I dislike the magazine pouch attached to the holster for several reasons. It makes the holster too bulky and uncomfortable. It hinders a smooth and fast draw. It's on the wrong side of my waist when I carry behind my strong hip, since the magazine should be on the off side hip.
I bought the "Watch Six" holster and matching belt. The belt was more expensive than the holster, and well worth the money. One of the most overlooked items in carrying a heavy handgun securely is a good belt. Milt Sparks' belts fit their holsters perfectly, with the correct amount of stiffness to secure your gun. They also look like high quality dress belts. Make the investment in a matching holster/belt combo....you'll be glad you did.
