Mock Butterfly Pocket
Is this a concealed weapon in Canada?

I have read on some sites that if the handle has holes in it and the blade is visible it is a different situation

A "prohibited weapon" means

(a) a knife that has a blade that opens automatically by gravity or centrifugal force or by hand pressure applied to a button, spring or other device in or attached to the handle of the knife, or

(b) any weapon, other than a firearm, that is prescribed to be a prohibited weapon;

A butterfly knife would fall under the centrifugal force, but it states in that add that it is not a "butterfly" knife.
I am leaning towards not, but can't say for sure. I would have to actually have the knife to know for certain.
