Is this Rifle a good purchase? HK SL8?
A slightly used (says about 500rds) HK SL8-1, with a ARMS throw lever mount with a EOStech 551.A65 on it, added accessory rail under the forearem with a harris bipod & BMAS folding vertical Foregrip, 2 10rd mags, and a black Molle Ultimate rifle case for $2,000? My Husband wanted a SL8-1 which I can't find anywhere except in black (SL8-6). I took all this info from what the seller told me (local shop) But not sure if the shops trying to take me for a ride or not. Please Help!!
I have one and it's awesome. I paid $1,550 for mine used and it is worth every penny. With all the accessories you listed this weapon is worth it as long as it's in good shape and from a reputable source. I'd say you're looking at a $2,500 weapon in most shops so you're getting a good deal. I have heard no complaints about this weapon.
