It seems like every single time I do my nails, the very next day all of the polish on my nails comes off in one piece! I use good brands of nail polish like OPI. I wait a long time in between coats and they are a thin layer. Base coat, two color coats, and a top coat. That is every suggestion that I have read on other yahoo questions. I dont know why it is doing this! I need any suggestions that could help me out!!

It's usually one of these two things...
•You've used two or more coats of ridge-filler and followed with a couple coats of polish. To avoid peeling, stick to only one coat of ridge-filler, and wait until it's completely dry to apply the regular polish.
•You've painted a couple thick coats instead of a few thin ones. Always use thin coats, it gives better coverage, dries faster and lasts longer.
