Is the Hopper electronic and does it come with a charger? What is that blueish thing next to the battery...I am not sure what color the bluish thing is because I am colorblind...I hope you know what I mean
Hopper is electronic and uses regular batteries (two 9V's).
The thing next to the battery is a barrel cover. Used to cover the end of the barrel when off the field so you don't accidentally shoot anyone (there's a cord on it that you can kinda see on the left side of it).
Fyi, that battery it comes with is just for the Vibe itself and is not rechargeable - just some cheap no-name brand 9V.
