What's the difference between regular tobacco and light tobacco?
I was wondering whats the difference between the tobaccos ...(regular,light,ultra-light) not the cigarettes just regular tobacco. I am thinking of switching to pipe smoking. Also any tips?

The difference is the flavor mostly. There are different types of tobacco and various methods of curing. Each combination produces a distinct flavor profile in the final product. Lighter blends usually start with mild tobaccos and undergo an air or fermented cure to bring out the light, sweet flavors of the tobacco. Heavier blends start off with a more robust tobacco and often increase these flavors with fire curing. For complexity they'll combine them in different ratios and/or add flavorings.
