my bag was search at school because they thought i had a water pistol. it was our last day. no events had happened all day. they did not ask for my permission. they found some water pistols in other peoples bags and sent them home.
are there any laws like privacy laws to protect our rights?
When you enter the school you are under the jurisdiction of the head teacher. they acted quite properly in the interest of the school. You had nothing untoward in your bag, what's your problem ?
