Two ar-15 questions magazine/A2 rear sight?
I have two issues one when a magazine has more then a few rounds in it, it is tight to get to lock in can require a really firm knock to lock it in, the gun is new dose it just need to be broken more or is there an issue of some kind with the mag release or something I should address also if I rack the bolt the elevation knob on my rear A2 sight wants to slowly shit out of the 8/3 setting is this normal is there something I can do to keep it locked in place? I'm new to ar-15 any help would be great.
your mags just need to be used... a new rifle can be tight in several places
I bet your take down pins are stiff to push out also?
I'd check the screws on your sight... a little clear fingernail polish on the threads may do the trick
