Who is charged when two people get pulled over & they find drugs, scale , & gun in vehicle?
Owner of vehicle (also driver), or passenger? It was also found behind on drivers side, also driver had 1,000 dollars in her purse, passenger had 3. dollars in his pocket!
both have prior felony convictions. Driver on porole, and out on bail for same charges, passenger on probation, usae to be on porole yrs ago, but isn't anymore. both were arrested, and both bailed. Driver said they were passengers, passanger didnt say nothing. They say they want to charge passenger with gun, because they are charging driver for drugs. The driver was out on bail for the same charges only 5 months earlier got with her husband, all three were going to court together, untill the feds picked up her husband for the gun.
in south carolina both people will go to jail for it unless someone owns up to it,and its highly unlikely that some one will own up to it knowing that you are going to go to jail
