Is it suicide?
If a person makes a gigantic hamster house made up of those little hamster tubes and puts a pressure switch in one of the tubes. Then the person runs the pressure switch to an actuator attached to the trigger of a shotgun. After it's all set up the person puts one hamster into the gigantic hamster house and sits in front of the shotgun. The chances are slim that the hamster will choose the tube with the pressure switch. The greatest probability is that it will choose another tube and nothing will happen. So, what if the hamster picks the one with the switch and the person gets shot? Is it suicide or not? is the hamster a murderer?
Just by way of information, I really don't give a flying rats a** whether you consider suicide a sin or not, because sin is a religious concept and not all religions have the same concepts.

And if the hamster DOES do it is it that the hamster PLOTTEd to kill that person or was he just an innocent bystander?
Great ... now we have to introduce a whole bunch of new Hamster Laws just to protect us. What if the hamster makes it LOOK like suicide but is actually murdering all these people. Will capital punishment for a hamster be considered animal cruelty or serial killer justice?
CAn that hamster get into hamster heaven after that or will He be condemned to Hamster Hell by the FAther Hamster and the Son Hamster and the Holy Ghost Hamster.
This is something that you will have to ask in the Hamster's Name and the truth will be supplied according to Hamster 7: 10-23. But who will interpret Hamster Law? The Hamsters or the Humans? CAn we trust either one or will we have to bring in a THIRD PARTY who is unrelated ... like a squirrel. And can we trust the testimony of a squirrel when it comes to a Hamster - Human conflict. And what if the Hamster wants to marry the Human? Is it just before God? And which God would prevail in the ceremony? The Hamster God or the Human God? And isn't Hamster love detested in the Bible. But what of the Hamster Bible? Does it concur.
