Is it Freedom if going to court with out a lawyer is like Goalith vs David with torn slingshot?
I hope a few of you Americans 1) Realize you are not as free as many think 2) Know we can make the Court System Free Again.
In high school we were taught Civic's. In which are Americans can bring a legal action or defend against one without paying the $1,500 retainer fee. The sixth const. amendment has been interrupted as each citizen has the Right To Bring and Defend Legal Disputes, with, or without a lawyer.
When an estimated 98% of Cases filed without the assistance of a lawyer are chucked out of court without a trial; That is merely the illusion of justice.
You may ask how do I know 98% of the cases were thrown out. Well as no body is counting I or anyone can contend the high rate. If its only 65% of the Self-represented cases which are thrown out that is to many.
But Americans can come together & help someone like myself research cases filed "pro-Se" without a lawyer. The courts make no effort to insure real justice. This means you & I must fight for OUR freedom.
I disagree with you.
First, there are entirely too many lawsuits filed. Period. People should get over it. Things are hardly ever improved by lawyers getting involved (and when you sue somebody, even if you don't use a lawyer, the other side will use a lawyer). It was an accident. Bad things happen. Doesn't mean you can get money out of it.
Second, I'm confident that when a judge throws out a lawsuit, it's thrown out for a good reason. So many lawsuits should not have been filed in the first place. Suing is not a good thing.
Take responsibility for your own life. Don't try to blame others. Don't try to get somebody else to fix it.
