I really need copyright infringement help, please!?
I am planning on drawing a picture of landscape or scenery using a reference photo. The picture is a Shinto shrine. I've never actually seen one before, so I can't use memories from real life experiences. I do not see why a picture anyone could take would be subject of copyright, but I really don't want to get in trouble.

No copyright infringement. You're creating a piece of art, and it doesn't matter if you're drawing from a photo or even from a dollar bill...your art is your creation and that's perfectly legal.
