Mosin Front Sight Missing?
You heard it folks the front sight on my new gun show purchase mosin is not on the rifle. Is there a replacement I can buy? If so where? Also I now noticed that the cleaning rod is missing. Big deal? or no?
Before you go order a front sight, you need to understand that the front sights vary from model to model and that 91/30s will have several different styles of front sights depending on the year and factory, as they changed them a bit as the production years wore on. It's not going to be as simple as ordering a "Mosin front sight".
