I'm trying to find an Uncle Mike's brand sam browne 2 1/4" duty belt on line. I'm looking for the high gloss "mirage" type. Mirage is the leather look nylon product. I've done a ton of searches on line and just can't seem to find it. My question is I'm wondering if Uncle Mike's has discontinued this line of police duty belts. If anyone is familiar with this type of equipment and you know if it is still available please let me know.
I also found tons of results but not for the specific product I described above. It's a hi gloss, 4 row stitch, 2 1/4" duty belt with a brass buckle.
Yes it is the "clarino" high gloss finish I just wasn't sure how many were familiar with that term. I am replacing an uncle mikes clarino sam browne that is made of an all nylon product if it is still available. If not I may look into the G&G or Safariland equivilent. Thanks.
At the bottom of this page is an Uncle Mike's Mirage duty belt with nickel plated brass buckle, but it isn't the 4 row stitch. If you're looking for what I think you are, it would be the equivalent of a patent leather look, like a lot of the southern agencies wear. I've never seen the clarino look in Mirage gear before, but I believe it can be had in Gould & Goodrich and Safariland gear, if that helps at all. I think they both call it "hi gloss".
