That is an excellent deal.... If there are children in the house then surely get a lock... Buy a cleaning kit and a case.... I like hard shell cases but if your on a budget then a soft case will do....
A word about the Mossberg 500 pump shotgun... Do Not Let the inexpensive price fool you. It may be cheap but these are an excellent top quality shotgun.... I own expensive shotguns but for some reason that I havent figured out in my head I grab my Mossberg 500 every time to hunt hog or deer.... I don't know if its just the way it shoulders or the sights but I have much more success with the 500 than my Remington 870....
At the risk of sounding like a nut I own a few of them... A rifle barreled slug gun, a smooth bore slug gun, a 500 persuader 20 inch barrel police model, the field combo like your looking at..... I guess I found what works for me and stick with it.... On hunting day you could offer me a $1500 shotgun but I would pass on it any day to hunt with my Mossberg 500.......
