Is $245 a good deal for a12 gauge NEF Pardner Protector?
I was at the gun show today and saw a used NEF pardern protector 12 gauge with a heat shield, nylon shells holder on the stock and tactical light installed and the guy wanted $225 which he said would come out to like $240ish with tax. This would be my first shotgun and wondering if that is a good deal and a good starter shotgun for home defense?
The Pardner Protector is a very decent yet underrated shotgun. They get little attention because they are made in China.
$245 is an good deal. I don't know about the tactical light though... Shotgun blasts are BRUTAL on lights. The only reliable one I know of is the Surefire, but they cost about $350 for one.
