i have a 7.62x54R sniper rifle from Russia, how good is it in general?
it's a Mosin Nagant and i have never shot it. i am thinking of taking it with me to the bottom of my property. i have almost 30 acers and i live in central Texas. i have a Russian SKS, .243, .45, and a Mosin Nagant. i am thinking of taking the Nagant hunting for pigs and i need to know how good it is. like if it is at 200yd, would i put the iron sights to the "2" on it? and if it is like right in front of me, would i put the iron sights to the "20" or what?
What exactly makes your Mosin Nagant a sniper rifle?
