So many different models to choose from with those alone, and not much background info about you. But based on those 3 manufacturers and calibers: Glock 17, chambered in 9mm.
However, my general advice would be to buy the gun that fits your hand the best AND that you will shoot the most.
If you are new to shooting, I'd pick up something in the 9mm category. The recoil is very manageable, the ammo is cheap, and its a fun caliber to plink with. You can shoot a lot of 9mm without going broke.
If you're used to shooting, I'd go with something in a 45 ACP. Its a good caliber all around for everything. A little more costly to shoot, but fits just about every purpose.
Of course, my personal favorite: the good ole 1911. Made by Kimber, Springfield Armory, Taurus, Smith & Wesson, etc...
The important thing is, it'll be whatever gun you like. It has to fit your hand comfortably. Otherwise, it ends up in the closet collecting dust.
