Spray Liquid Masks

Spray Liquid Masks
How should I go about doing this?

So my horse had a sore in his ear from fly bites about 2 months ago, we took him to the vet and she cleaned it and sprayed it with liquid bandage while he was sedated. She gave us the bandage spay in case we needed it again. Well it healed and we keep a fly mask with ears on him now, but its starting to look red again. The problem is he hates the spray and wont let us use it in his ear! So we got it in last night by blindfolding him, but he gets a little freaky after wards because he can't see the "danger." So what would be an effective way to get the spray in his ear? He won't let you wipe it on either. (The spray is in an aerosol can.)

No quick fixes here. But you need to get your horse used to aerosol cans. (canned air for your computer works well-it's harmless unless sprayed directly on skin)
Start by spraying near the horse-if he gets fidgety keep doing it. Pretty soon the horse will become more curious and less fearful. Then you can start moving the spray can closer to his ears using the same technique.
You might just want to get some other non-aerosol goop for his ears.
