what are the best gun upgrades for a spyder victor 2 painball gun?

Well, try the gun out a few times and decide if you want to change anything about it. From personal experience, i'd say replace the feedneck with a clamping one, as the stock feedneck hardly qualifies as it uses a plastic adaptor that breaks often.
As for protective gear, the one and only piece of protection any paintballer ever needs is the mask. And for that, i'd recommend spending a decent amount of cash on a good one. Invest at least $50+ in a mask because it has to be comfortable and shouldn't fog up. It's super important and you should love wearing it.
