Instead of posting all the possible moves for the pokemon you should have posted the moves they actually have.
That said, you have no water type, so grab a water stone and evolve your eevee into Vaporeon, which a very solid water type, go with surf and bite...and whatever two other moves you want.
Either evolve or drop that silcoon, it's pretty useless. You don't need two bug pokemon with Mothim. Keep the mothim.
I'd drop the aipom for something in the dragon type. Dragonite is a strong pokemon.
Another option is to evolve your eevee into Leafeon and get kingdra for water type. You should have a grass type like leafeon if you want to beat the elite 4. grass types are strong against ground, rock, and water types.
