Truck Safe Wildlife

my husband works in a company that builds fire trucks. if this were any other event i would have left the eggs... but they were going to ill them. mind you ive worked in a wildlife center focusing on birds ive raised 3 euro starlings but these are eggs and i have no incubator?... i also hove no idea if their even alive or what?... so im asking anyone for any info they can offer atm their in a warm spot in my house safe?... i believe they are house sparrows.
i have the nest still and i have a flood light set up already.. thx bunches! also does anyone know how to possibly tell if their alive in there?...
